Terms of Service

Welcome to Seey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Seey desktop application, Telegram Mini App, overlay services, and website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Seey ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Finland.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, especially to utilize any monetization features, receive Telegram Stars, or withdraw funds. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Seey provides software tools for live streamers to display overlays, aggregate chat feeds from third-party platforms (like Twitch, YouTube, and Kick), and interact with viewers through a Telegram-based web application.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for the content you stream, display, or transmit using our Services. You agree not to use the Services to display, stream, or promote:

• Sexually explicit content, pornography, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) material.
• Hate speech, harassment, or threats.
• Illegal activities or content that violates any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these rules, similar to the enforcement policies of platforms like Twitch and Kick.

4. Monetization, Fees, and Payouts

Our Services allow viewers to interact using Telegram Stars. The following rules apply:

• Fees: Seey charges a 20% commission on Stars processed through our platform. Additionally, standard withdrawal fees (such as the 5% Fragment fee for withdrawing to GRAM) apply. In total, approximately 25% of the gross value is deducted as fees.
• Withdrawals: Earned Stars accumulate in your in-app balance. You may request a withdrawal to your GRAM wallet only if you have a minimum balance of 1,000 Stars.
• Hold Period: Due to Telegram's platform requirements, Stars cannot be withdrawn sooner than 21 days after receipt.
• Taxes: You are entirely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your revenue. We do not provide tax advice or issue tax reports on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Seey integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Telegram). We are not responsible for their availability, API changes, or account bans. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective Terms of Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any actions or policies of third-party platforms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
