Welcome to Seey. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seey desktop application, Telegram Mini App, overlay services, website, and related features (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Seey ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Finland.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, especially to utilize monetization features, receive Telegram Stars, or withdraw funds. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Seey provides a cross-platform livestream interaction layer for streamers. Our Services include:

  • A Desktop Client for streamers to manage overlays, chat, polls, tasks, goals, and stream events across Twitch, YouTube, and Kick.
  • A Telegram Mini App for viewers to interact with streams — chat, react, vote, donate, and complete tasks — directly from their phones without additional installation.
  • Overlay widgets (Multi Chat, Donation Alerts, Reactions, Polls, Tasks, Goals, QR Code, Media, Stream Events) that integrate with OBS Studio.
  • Monetization through Telegram Stars, including Star Messages, paid polls, viewer-funded tasks, donations, and optional Pro subscription features.

Seey is not a streaming platform. It does not replace OBS, Twitch, YouTube, or Kick. It extends your existing streaming setup with a unified interaction layer.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

To use Seey, you must have a Telegram account. You authenticate through the Telegram login widget or Mini App. You may also connect accounts from third-party streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) for multichat and event integration.

You are responsible for safeguarding your Telegram account credentials. Seey does not store your passwords for third-party platforms; we store only OAuth tokens necessary to provide the integration features.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use Seey to:

  • Display, stream, or transmit sexually explicit content, pornography, or NSFW material through Seey-generated overlays.
  • Post or promote hate speech, harassment, threats, or violence.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including artificially inflating interactions or abusing the monetization system.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services or attempt to bypass security measures.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

5. Monetization, Fees, and Payouts

Seey allows streamers to earn Telegram Stars through viewer interactions. The following terms apply:

  • Currency: All in-platform transactions use Telegram Stars as the base currency.
  • Commission: Seey charges a 20% commission on all Stars processed through our platform. Pro subscribers receive a reduced 10% commission rate.
  • Withdrawal Minimum: You may withdraw Stars to your TON wallet — connected via TON Connect — only when your balance reaches at least 1,000 Stars.
  • Hold Period: Per Telegram's platform rules, Stars cannot be withdrawn sooner than 21 calendar days after receipt.
  • Withdrawal Fees: Standard network and platform fees (e.g., Fragment commission) apply when converting Stars to GRAM or other assets. These fees are set by the respective platforms and are subject to change.
  • Taxes: You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your revenue. We do not provide tax advice or issue tax reports on your behalf.

6. Pro Subscription

Seey offers a Pro subscription with additional features. The subscription is purchased with Telegram Stars:

  • 1 month: 1,000 Stars
  • 6 months: 5,100 Stars (15% discount)
  • 1 year: 9,000 Stars (25% discount)

Pro features include: multiple scenes, polls, chatbot, chat stickers, goals widget, stream events widget, lower commission (10%), advanced customization, extended analytics, and priority support.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription period ends, you revert to the free tier. Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.

7. Telegram Mini App and Stars

Seey is built on Telegram's Mini Apps platform. Your use of the Mini App is also subject to Telegram's Terms of Service. Telegram Stars are a digital currency within Telegram's ecosystem and are governed by Telegram's applicable policies.

We are not responsible for changes to Telegram's platform, API, or policies that may affect the availability or functionality of Seey.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Seey integrates with third-party streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick) and Telegram. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, reliability, or API stability of these platforms.
  • Changes to their terms of service that may affect your use of Seey.
  • Actions taken by these platforms against your account (e.g., bans, suspensions).

Your use of Twitch, YouTube, and Kick is governed by their respective Terms of Service. You must comply with those terms when streaming with Seey overlays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any actions or policies of third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Telegram).
  • Downtime, bugs, or errors in the Services.

10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period.
  • We are required to do so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any Stars balance in your account at the time of termination may be forfeited if the termination results from a violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

The Seey name, logo, desktop client, and all related software are the property of Seey. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our explicit written permission.

You retain all rights to your stream content and any materials you create using Seey.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Services (e.g., via the Desktop Client or Telegram). Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
